Too see light in Blindfs Eye ("Individual concept about the world peace from the viewpoint of persons with disability")

Wars, destruction, devastation, darkness --- This is our world today, people look and they see nothing but tragedies and sorrow, they hear nothing but fake speeches that talk about the philosophy of peace which will be eliminated instantly by others hinting at the development of a new weapon, or a conquer threat. Based on everything mentioned above; I, as a blind girl, tried to collect tiny rays from the light of love and hope to create from it a sparkling plan for peace between nations, so do world leaders permit me to present my ideas?
Our world today is witnessing huge crises which prevent it from relief. For example, the Middle East region is trapped between two fires, the civil wars fire, and the blaze of Arabic-Israeli struggle; moreover, African countries are grinding each other, and the signs of a devastating war are emerging in the horizon between United States and Russian Union; also the clashes of interests between Iran and great western countries, not to forget the war between the two parts of Korea.
On the other hand, peace is nothing but a wounded bird that fears moving for not to be murdered by an aimless bullet, or to be suffocated by atomic gases which may execute him.
To regain its strength, peace should be given gulps of hope, safety and love, which could be achieved through an inclusive plan, built on a basic support which is equality between all people of the world; each leader should look to the world after taking off his eye glasses which make him see every one minor in front of his greatness, and ask himself aren't all the people equal? And what is the difference between white, black, European, American, African and Asian since we are all brothers? Don't accuse me with insanity, because all of us were born free and equal.
When leaders are convinced with this principle, we can move into the practical part of this plan:
Since there is no difference between human beings what may prevent leaders from leaving their thrones that are built on power and glory, and sit all on a round dialogue table, shaking hands and exchanging conversation. Where giants humble and elves put off their revolution; every one speaks the humane language and be away of the false strength symbols and talk about how to maintain peace and love between human beings, each one would present his opinions and fears. And these negotiations should be accompanied with settlement until the hatred is removed from hearts.
Leaders of struggling nations must take into consideration that war harvest daily hundreds of murdered and wounded people, rather than those who are exposed to permanent handicaps which stick to them for life time. And every day hundreds of mothers mourn their martyred children who have no guilt but carrying their pencils and books, rushing to drink from springs of learning and knowledge, their blood mixes with ink... with tears ... in order to weave for them an elegy which tends to touch the hearts of fighting army commanders, but it is dropped by bombs in her way so it goes fine dust.
With dialogue we should reach to an agreement that allows us to start applying the second stage of the plan that is pulling out arms and barricades. So why are we using mad weapon which every time it screams, somebody's blood is shed, if we are brothers in humanity?
Yes, it is true that throwing away the weapons is a hard work to be achieved--a hard work in a world that hadn't known any other way to negotiate with. It is hard for leaders who were used to govern peoples with its domination. Peace couldn't be attained except by destroying weapons omnipotence and authority, when great countries damage their fatal weapons and get rid of their conquering and destructive projects, so simple man can stare at the eye of a leader, who had always been armed with weapons, and greet him with love and fraternity.
Sure this plan is hard to be achieved, and takes a long time, but it is applied by the existence of good intention; high ambitions; the existence of young men who took their weapons from the bottom of books, studying seats and university halls and by the existence of struggling peoples that use the arts of oration, logic and convincing.
Let us imagine a world with neither weapons nor wars; a world rushes to eliminate borders, rails and barricades; and its leaders hurry to repair what they could of the destruction caused by war over centuries. So industry, agriculture and trade will prosper; also the customs and artificial taxes will be excluded. Only then the world becomes blossomed gardens where the peasant meets the leader who had taken off oppression and arrogance from his heart and who had looked to the world by the eye of humanity.
I beg you leaders to go back to your region and try to think of peace; it is unfair because millions of handicapped in the world are still living the terrors of war.
Leaders, we are longing to sleep while not being afraid to wake up in the next day and the number of handicaps has increased as a consequence of the permanent war.
Leaders rather than thinking of how to invent devastating weapons that kill and destroy more and more people daily; try to think of projects which elevate societies from the ponds of ignorance and illiteracy. Work on inventing machines that can make life easier. Rather than spending millions on building enormous military forces, take part in improving medicines and supporting scientists in their search for medicines to fatal diseases.
Nation leaders, there are number of people who are exposed to the monster of starvation, diseases, poverty and pollution; so would you hurry to rescue them?
World leaders start supporting the peace plan, since it is from the right of those who were deprived from the grace of sight to look through the eye of peace.
