 4th Onkyo Braille Essay Contest.
  -- International Section (Asia-Pacific Region)


With the collaboration of the World Blind Union-Asia Pacific (WBU-AP), a total of 17 compositions were received. On September 2nd and 3rd, the selection committee was convened at the WBU office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
