 4th Onkyo Braille Essay Contest.
  -- International Section (Middle East, Central and Southern Asia)


With the collaboration of the Asian Blind Union (ABU), a total of 38 compositions were received from 11 different countries: India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Jordan, and Iraq. On August 21st and 22nd, the selection committee was convened at the Hotel City Park in New Delhi, India.
